Each step was careful, precise. There were no mistakes: assassins couldn't afford mistakes. In an almost funny way it was ironic. After years of driving pixies from their homes, Reject could finally live up to his name. He was the new one here now, his life at the hands of the very few others who lived here already. In fact, there only seemed to be ONE other inhabitant here besides himself, a fairy maiden. That, he could live with.

He halted, raising his ghostly skull to survey his surroundings calmly. There was nothing remotely interesting occuring yet.
